Coordinated passenger services, flight handling, baggage, cargo, seating, ramp functions, and operational safety activities for Air India, Vistara, and Scoot. Worked across teams under strict timelines and aviation procedures to support safe and efficient flight turnarounds.
Supported leave, disability, accommodation, time, and attendance requests for Amazon employees in the United States. Managed employee cases through Salesforce and internal systems, collaborated with partner teams, and helped improve service efficiency and process accuracy.
Provided technical support using Salesforce, console tools, and structured service processes. Resolved service migration, number porting, billing, and digital-service issues while handling approximately 50 to 70 customer inquiries per day.
